The Coven of Goddesses
which rule the Fabled Galaxy

        Secretive and Omnipresent, the galaxy is overseen and directed by "The Coven." The High Prestess of The Coven is a mysterious force, its governance of the universe is done through visions of chosen mortals.

       The Coven is made up of a selection of goddesses from every planet. These goddesses control the magical flow in each of their worlds. They can speak in whispers of the mind to mortals, directing them, calling to them.

       The Coven of goddesses individually rule over their home planets. They are charged with overseeing their population, choosing heroes, and guiding mortals through visions.

        When world building a creator is asked to create a higherarchy of gods and goddesses, of them a select few will be chosen to join The Coven.
