This TOS is subject to change. It's written by a weird schizoid artist and not a lawyer. The TOS may be modified as needed. This is a space specifically for building a galaxy. We reserve the right to moderate the following: (We are allowed to ban for any obnoxious behavior that we haven't previously considered.)
1. Fabled Galaxy website or Discord is not a place for hooking up, secret DMs, or any of that nonsense. Go post to Tumblr or make an an+18 fan page on Facebook or wherever. Even if it's off-site, Fabled Galaxy reserves the right to ban you if you cross a serious line. Any allegations of grooming or lude messages will result in a ban first, followed by a closed review. Keep it off-site, consentual, and no crossing the 18+/-18 boundary.
2. Fabled Galaxy is a space of racial respect and for forging a peaceful brotherhood between different cultures and people. Racism of any kind will result in a ban, followed by a closed review. Further, Let's keep the aliens and planets stereotype-free. I call this the No Watto or Jar Jar Rule. Racist depictions of any race or culture will be deleted. Let's be better than that. Beyond that, these are planets and aliens we are making here, acceptance is encouraged. Lets not witch hunt or hold inqisitions. When it comes to this, i'm looking for multicultural/racial moderators who can help define whats acceptible.
3. Barring all that, Fabled Galaxy wants people to learn from their mistakes and for people to start living lives worthy of fables. Moderation will often lean toward resolution over punishment. Let's try not to be a bann happy community (save for seriously toxic behavior). People can grow.
4. No doxing. AND NO SWATTING! No targeted harassment. No malice. Please don't hold grudges, Let's be happy and build a galaxy.
6. Fabled Galaxy is a space for people of the LGBT+ community as much as it is for people of different racial identities. This is a space for creative exploration. Please, don't report things for being "gay". If you don't like a planet's content, don't read the writer. Don't target that writer. Aliens created in the Fabled Galaxy are free to explore gender if the writer so chooses. Some aliens can freely decide to switch between genders; it's all good. Don't make it our problem if you disagree. We are free to ban nuisances/bigots/zealots. We also might ban for egregious sexism.
7. Let's see, what else? Fascist or hateful societies are not fun. Let's not focus on the miserable beliefs. Don't be a dick. Don't falsely accuse. Leave kids alone. Leave Britney alone! We reserve the right to ban you for being annoying. And we reserve the right to unban if there is still a path for redemption. "Unredeemable behavior" is at our discretion.
8. We are open to humor with an edge; We are not cool with edgelord content. Stories/planets of a purely or explicitly NSFW nature are frowned upon in the Fabled Galaxy. Fabled Galaxy is made to create well-developed stories, people, and worlds! Remember, children might use this site. We reserve the right to edit/censor as needed. We will message you on Discord if something on one of your pages is being cut/revised.
9. We respect religious freedoms in the Fabled Galaxy and on our fourms/Discord. Similar to rule 1, religious zeolotry will result in a ban. The Religions of Earth are long forgotten (from an infinitly dead universe). In the Fabled Galaxy, there is no Jesus, as there was no Bethlehem or Israel. Just like there was no Prince Siddhartha, Noah or Moses. Planets have significant prophets from time to time, they can be heroes/villians/neutral. Its fine, we celebrate creativity.
